Is my data really isolated from other businesses?＋

Yes — architecturally. Every workspace gets its own physically separate database created at signup. There are no shared business tables, and a fail-closed resolver binds each request to exactly one tenant.

Do I need to install anything?＋

No. HeeLIKS runs in the browser on any modern device. Your workspace lives at your-name.heeliks.com and is ready about 60 seconds after signup.

Can I import my existing products?＋

Yes — download the Excel or CSV template, fill one product per row, and upload. Unknown categories and units are created automatically, and duplicate SKUs are safely skipped.

What happens when I return an item?＋

The return posts a credit note with a gapless number, reverses tax proportionally, and either restocks the item into inventory or writes it off — your choice, per line.

Is two-factor authentication optional?＋

No — and that's deliberate. Every account, including the first admin, enrols an authenticator app on first sign-in and receives one-time backup codes.

Can I change plans later?＋

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your data is never held hostage — exports are available on every plan.
